Sarah is visual artist living in Juneau, Alaska. Her work primarily consists of drawings, collages and paintings. Sarah balances her time between her own art projects and working as a teaching artist. She conducts collaborative community projects involving people with both art and non-art backgrounds alike, and the products of those efforts can be found in schools, public parks, and private businesses.  Sarah’s philosophy in practice is simply to get people to paint together, focus on process and produce something big and beautiful. A Georgia native, Sarah received her B.F.A. from the University of Georgia and her M.A.T. from the University of Alaska Southeast.
